We supply nuts grown in an ecologically clean region of northwestern Azerbaijan. Employees control products quality during all production stages. The terms of raw nut
growing on our plantations and on private farms are monitored as well – it’s a key link of our success. Active cooperation with our friends – local farmers – has allowed us to
become an important actor in the world market for peeled hazelnut.

Nuts process by pasteurization (microbiological treatment). Pasteurization is a method of nuts disinfection. Pasteurization reduce the risk of infection with microorganisms.
